Club Monterey (free register/no annual fee)
A web membership program of the Hotel Monterey Group that guests can register online.
Members of Club Monterey will be able to stay at a cheaper price (members' price) than plans sold on the official website (normal price). Member-limited menus such as monthly gifts and online coupons will also be available once you log in to the member-limited page. Email newspaper, “My Monterey” of the Monterey group will be sent to members who wish to have one.
There is a website for Club Monterey members that can be used by entering the registered email address or membership number and the password.

Club Monterey Mana Member (charges apply for certain services)
Those who have held a wedding/reception at a Hotel Monterey Group and have agreed to the terms and conditions of membership are "Mana" members.
In order to provide guests with even more services, we offer "Mana Premium" membership as well (charged).
There are no websites for Club Monterey "Mana" or "Mana Premium" members.
*New registration of Mana members ended on March 31, 2021. Those who have already registered can continue using the benefits after April 2021. No changes are made to Mana Premium members either.

If you cannot log in even though you are using the correct membership number, email address, and password, please delete your cache and try it again. Please try logging in after you have closed your browser once.
The procedure may differ depending on the app of use and the version of the app.

PC: Edge
1. Click on the (…) button on the top right of the page.
2. Click "History"
3. Click on "Other" on the pop-up.
4. Click "Clear all history"
5. Select "All time" and "Cached images and files" and click "Delete now".

PC: Firefox
1. Click on "Tools" on the menu bar Fire
2. Click on "Option"
3. Click on the "Network" tab in the"Details"
4. Click on "Delete now" of the "Cashe website"

PC: Chrome
1. Click on the "Google Chrome settings" icon.
2. Click on "Setting details" from "Settings".
3. Select "Clear browsing data" in "Privacy and security"
4. Check on the "Cached images and files" and choose the period.
5. Click on "Clear data"

Smartphone: Android browser
1. Click on "Settings" from the menu icon.
2. Click "Setting details", "Privacy", "Clear browsing data"
3. Select the period
4. Check "Cached images and files"
5. Click "Clear data"

Smartphone: Android (Chrome)
1. Go to "Settings" from the menu icon.
2. "Details" → "Privacy" → "Clear browsing data"
3. Choose the period
4. Check "Cached images and files"
5. Click "Clear data"

Smartphone: iPhone
1. Go to "Settings"→ "Safari" from the home screen.
2. "Details" → "Website data"
3. Choose "Clear all website data" or choose "hotelmonterey.co.jp" from the "Edit" button and click "Delete".
